Rates
$200 for Opening
$100 for Rehearsal Opening
$200 Deposit for damages (refundable - please write a separate check)
$1.30 per chair rental, we have 40 available
$60 Additional for the use of the upstairs

General Information & Rules
There is available seating for up to 40 guests
No food or drinks may be allowed inside the home
No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on Museum premises
Please Note:
50% of the total is due once a date has been confirmed and reserved.
The remainder of the payment must be received 3 weeks prior to the date of event

Cancellation Policy:
If for any reason you decide to cancel your reservation your deposit
can be refunded as long as it is 3 weeks prior to the event, there will
be a cancellation fee of 25% of your deposit
