The main ingredient :

200 grams of shrimp that have been removed head and cleaned

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Cooking oil

100 grams of coarse breadcrumbs


Dip Material:

50 grams of wheat flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon of tapioca flour

½ teaspoon of powdered chicken stock

1 tablespoon of rice flour

125 ml of ice water


How to make:

Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper and let rest 15 minutes

Mix the dye ingredients that have been prepared and stir evenly

Add the prawns to the dipping ingredients and then roll them in the coarse breadcrumbs

Heat the oil, fry the prawns until the color turns yellowish.
